Powered by your washing machine
A 100% mechanical device. It uses the power of the washing machine's water pump to filter microfibers.
Why are microfibers
a problem?
Recent research proved that plastic fibers have been found everywhere in the world and are literally falling from the sky!
Microfibers have been found in our brain, blood, lungs, and semen. They enter our bodies with food and water.
By filtering your laundry with a microfiber filter, you are doing something good for your health and the planet.
Stop microplastic pollution with PlanetCare
Microfibers from washing machines account for 35% of microplastic pollution in the oceans.
When you wash your synthetic clothing, a plastic bag worth of microfibers go out with the wastewater in each load. They end up polluting the rivers and the oceans.[
We had an issues installing the new filter as it cant be fixed to the washing machine. We used a wooden stucture to support it as it at first tumbled down when the water flushed through... The filters are perfect!!!

A Must-Have for Reducing Microfiber Pollution!
I highly encourage everyone to make this switch! While we’re phasing out polyester and synthetic materials from our clothing, it’s not something that can happen overnight. In the meantime, using a high-quality filter is the best way to reduce microfiber pollution.
We previously tried "Guppy" bags, but they turned out to be part of the problem and weren’t nearly as effective as filters. That’s why we’re so glad we found this solution—it truly makes a difference!
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a more sustainable way to manage synthetic fibers.

If filter them this filter.
I am new user of this filter, but already from the first moment when I opened the box I was truly amazed. The filter looks beautiful, it’s very easy to setup and also easy to use. I did already few wash cycles and so far I am satisfied with this purchase.
Talking about customer service, I have only good things to say. I like how fast they responded for my emails and how nice and warm the emails felt.

GReat design
I used the version 1.0 for a year before switching to the 2.0 version.
I really love the new design, and attention to details.
It is easier to install
It has a better adhesive support that allow you to remove the filter without having to excursive force on the support when you need to open the filter to replace the cartridge.
Also I love the new bypass system that can be se to different sensitivities according to the pressure power of your washing machine (note to engineers: would be nice to have a guide to explain how to set the tolerance of the bypass)
The bypass is also an alert system to let you know when it's time to replace the cartridge.

Nicely done!
I have previously used a filter from Filtrol which was large and hard to accomodate in my small laundry.
I started by using the self adhesive strip supplied with the unit to mount it on the machine. It didn't inspire confidence but it was convenient. Sure enough, 2 weeks latter the force developed during discharge blasted the unit off the side of the washer and it hit the tile floor and started leaking. I contacted customer service and the immediately sent out the replacement of the piece that was damaged N/C.
I have mounted the unit on the adjacent wall with screws. I am still over all chilled with the compact nature of this unit not to mention the customer service! I was contemplating putting the Filtrol unit in an adjacent cabinet but it would have been awkward at best with the 1" tubing leading in and out. A GREAT FIND.

Easy & Effective
The concept and product are brilliant and unbelievably easy to install. I feel I'm contributing to a sustainable environment with very little effort. I've had our filter since June 2024, and it has performed very well, though I'm still trying to figure out how to adjust the sensitivity so that the bypass indicator pops up when it's time to change the filter. We had gone 2 months, performing 8 small washes a week, and it still hadn't popped up. We changed the filter anyway after that much time.
I would highly recommend this product to everyone for its simplicity and what it accomplishes.
