It took a few minutes for me to figure out how to connect the hoses, but it was really simple once I got my head around it! It is mounted and working beautifully now. I wish these could be on every washing machine! I am curious to change the filter for the first time and see what has been collected. I've invited a lady I know to wash her laundry at my house instead of the laundry mat so that more fibers are caught!!

We are very excited that we will be putting cleaner water back into the system. This was easy to install and we have had no problems. I hope that more people will take this important action and buy this filter. We have tried other filters and bags but nothing seemed to collect the fibers. Fingers crossed our used filter will be filled with them. Keep you posted :)

We had no trouble with set up and have done several loads of wash without any issues. We use the wash water to irrigate plants in our yard so are happy to know we are getting the microplastics out before use.

Na onze bestelling duurde het wat lang voordat het filter werd geleverd. Nadat ik erachteraan had gemaild werd geantwoord dat de kleur van mijn voorkeur niet leverbaar was, maar dat ik wel de andere kon krijgen. Dus die maar gedaan en toen werd het ook snel bezorgd. De installatie was makkelijk met de duidelijke instructies. De dubbelzijdige tape was helaas niet sterk genoeg, bij de eerste wasbeurt viel het filter van de machine. Verder werkt het prima.

I highly encourage everyone to make this switch! While we’re phasing out polyester and synthetic materials from our clothing, it’s not something that can happen overnight. In the meantime, using a high-quality filter is the best way to reduce microfiber pollution.

We previously tried "Guppy" bags, but they turned out to be part of the problem and weren’t nearly as effective as filters. That’s why we’re so glad we found this solution—it truly makes a difference!

I am new user of this filter, but already from the first moment when I opened the box I was truly amazed. The filter looks beautiful, it’s very easy to setup and also easy to use. I did already few wash cycles and so far I am satisfied with this purchase.

Talking about customer service, I have only good things to say. I like how fast they responded for my emails and how nice and warm the emails felt.

I used the version 1.0 for a year before switching to the 2.0 version.
I really love the new design, and attention to details.
It is easier to install
It has a better adhesive support that allow you to remove the filter without having to excursive force on the support when you need to open the filter to replace the cartridge.

Also I love the new bypass system that can be se to different sensitivities according to the pressure power of your washing machine (note to engineers: would be nice to have a guide to explain how to set the tolerance of the bypass)
The bypass is also an alert system to let you know when it's time to replace the cartridge.

Coming from the domestic microplastic filtration system, we are now using the commercial version on board. It works a charm, none of the collecting cartridges and sending them across the world anymore. Really handy to use on a vessel that goes around the globe. Great job!

I received my order well in time and with all necessary content. On my opinion it is to early to already give a real review on filtering (20 days after delivery) but it seems to be working. Installation was very easy and everything needed was in the package. I just would recommend to add two hose clamps for the connection of the hose of the washing machine to the filter IN hose. So ecerything very good so far! :-)
