The company has worked with me so beautifully with every question I have had., Even replacing a part that I dropped and broke. Their care is not just limited to the planet! They care for and are very responsive to their customers!
I have just put a new system in place for myself to remember to change my filter. I have not been good about that. It is the easiest thing to do, but I just forget. The tightening tool they have is a must! It makes the process so easy!

The filter is easy enough to fit despite my washing machine’s location. Early days yet but I’ve done a couple of loads in both bypass and filter modes. All seams fine with no leaks. It will be a few weeks until a filter change that I’ll be able to see the results.

We aren’t very handy so we were a bit nervous to fiddle with the water hoses but it was actually super easy! So far it works great: no leaks, and excited that we are reducing our plastic footprint on the world

It took some figuring out to find the right place for it. Had to pull washer forward and push dryer back to put on side. Makes me feel good knowing i am keeping fibers out of our mountain water supply.
I sent in a question via the website and heard back within a day with a direct answer to my question, from a real human. My follow-up questions were answered very quickly and the staff communicated about delivery updates and updated my delivery address for me.
The filter truly was as easy to install as was advertised. I'm thrilled with the product, I was specifically looking for something that was just a mechanical filter without an app and data tracking and that is what i got.
Installing was easy peasy. Everyone should have one. It shouldn't be a choice for consumers. The filter would be really easy to install into all washing machines coming out of the factory. But until that time: I'm happy filtering out microplastics.
The outer case is a larger diameter and hard to grip the bottom casing with your hands while gripping the top. This should work quite well to open them from one another. The sealing ring gasket keeps these two parts from leaking but get very snug even hand tightened which is all you should ever have to tighten after filter replacement. Handy tool!
I' very satisfied with the newly purchased Planetcare The plastic residues trapped by the filter after a few washes showed - if proof were needed - just how essential it is to combat this type of pollution.
It took a while to install but my son-in-law helped. I have done two washes so far and all is well. I’m most please to be part of a cleaner world, I love and respect this planet.
The filter was easy to install. I no longer have to worry about being responsible for causing microfibre pollution, which I am happy about.
We had no trouble with set up and have done several loads of wash without any issues. We use the wash water to irrigate plants in our yard so are happy to know we are getting the microplastics out before use.
The installation of the filter didn’t give any problems and the holder could be easily fixed also with screws. No water liking from the hoses and no need to adjust the sensitivity of the bypass
Na onze bestelling duurde het wat lang voordat het filter werd geleverd. Nadat ik erachteraan had gemaild werd geantwoord dat de kleur van mijn voorkeur niet leverbaar was, maar dat ik wel de andere kon krijgen. Dus die maar gedaan en toen werd het ook snel bezorgd. De installatie was makkelijk met de duidelijke instructies. De dubbelzijdige tape was helaas niet sterk genoeg, bij de eerste wasbeurt viel het filter van de machine. Verder werkt het prima.
