A good beginning

We had no trouble with set up and have done several loads of wash without any issues. We use the wash water to irrigate plants in our yard so are happy to know we are getting the microplastics out before use.

No problems for a first time user

The installation of the filter didn’t give any problems and the holder could be easily fixed also with screws. No water liking from the hoses and no need to adjust the sensitivity of the bypass

Makkelijk te installeren filter

Na onze bestelling duurde het wat lang voordat het filter werd geleverd. Nadat ik erachteraan had gemaild werd geantwoord dat de kleur van mijn voorkeur niet leverbaar was, maar dat ik wel de andere kon krijgen. Dus die maar gedaan en toen werd het ook snel bezorgd. De installatie was makkelijk met de duidelijke instructies. De dubbelzijdige tape was helaas niet sterk genoeg, bij de eerste wasbeurt viel het filter van de machine. Verder werkt het prima.

Installing needs attention

We had an issues installing the new filter as it cant be fixed to the washing machine. We used a wooden stucture to support it as it at first tumbled down when the water flushed through... The filters are perfect!!!
