To keep your PlanetCare 2.0 microfiber filter performing its best, it is important to regularly replace the filtration cartridges. To make things easier for you, we have launched our Auto Refill Subscription Program. By signing up for the Auto Refill Subscription Program, you are automatically enrolled to receive replacement Microfiber Filter Cartridges at your doorstep when it’s time to replace them, but first you have to buy a PlanetCare 2.0 Starter Kit. 

How it works?

When subscribing we will send you a package of 12 cartridges. When you install the last clean cartridge, you book a free collection for the used cartridges and we send you a new pack of 12 replacement cartridges. Everything included in the monthly subscription fee, no extra costs!

We got you all covered. For our subscribers shipping is included in your subscription and there are no additional costs for you.

How do I cancel it?

If you subscribe, you can change or cancel your subscription anytime after the first 12 months. You can manage your subscription by logging into your account.

Our Closed-Loop Solution

PlanetCare washing machine filter is the first and only solution that stops 98% of microfibers and takes care of the whole cycle for a completely closed loop. 

Each filter comes with reusable cartridges that you simply replace once they're full of microfibers and send them back to us so we can properly refurbish them for future use.

Don’t know how you do it!!

You are doing your utmost to make it easy for us to install and replace the plastic filters on washing machines. Don’t know how you do it for the upfront cost! Power to all our elbows!!

Great way to try and do your part!

It is able to filter out things from my laundry that I don’t want going into the water. We use the subscription service which is really handy. Looking forward to the next model but so far we have found the current one really helpful. Customer service is also very good.

All You Need to Know

Why do I need a subscription?

The PlanetCare filter is cartridge-based, and you'll need to replace a cartridge after about 30 washes. The PlanetCare 2.0 | Auto-Refill Subscription is the most stress-free and cost-effective way to always have cartridges delivered right to your doorstep. By subscribing, you won’t have to worry about running out of filter cartridges.

What is the difference between PlanetCare 2.0 | Auto-Refill and PlanetCare 2.0 | Starter Kit GO EASY?

If you're new to the PlanetCare family and want a worry-free, cost-effective solution, you should choose the Starter Kit GO EASY. It includes the filter housing and as many cartridges as you need (usually a pack of 12 cartridges). Essentially, you get the PlanetCare Filter 2.0 and the Auto-Refill Subscription. If you’ve already purchased a Starter Kit and just need refills, the PlanetCare 2.0 | Auto-Refill is for you.

How does the PlanetCare subscription work?

You are charged a monthly subscription fee, but we deliver new cartridges on demand. You need to request a pickup of your used cartridges, and we will send you new ones in return. We recommend doing this when you install your last clean cartridge. With your initial order, we will deliver a pack of 12 fresh cartridges.

Is there a limitation on how many cartridges I can get?

As part of your subscription, we will send you as many cartridges as you need for your laundry routine. There are no limitations. To minimize our carbon footprint, we ship cartridges in bulk (12 cartridges) and organize the pickup of used cartridges once all are used, instead of one by one.

Is shipping charged for each return/delivery?

We've got you covered. Shipping is included in your subscription, and there are no extra charges on top of your monthly fee at any time.

When will I be charged for the Auto-Refill Subscription Program?

The billing cycle begins when you place the initial order, with subsequent payments made monthly on the initial purchase date.

How do I cancel my Auto-Refill Subscription Program?

You can change or cancel your subscription anytime after the first 12 months. Manage your subscription by logging into your account or you can always send us an e-mail to support@planetcare.org.
