The filter is good. Only the attachment of the bracket with double-sided adhesive tape can be better. The bracket does not stick to the washing machine.

Installing the filter was simple. Balancing my stacked washer dryer was hard. The filter has been working great!

with us also the adhesive strip came off immediately. We screwed it to the wall but that´s not an option for everyone, so I think the mounting kit needs to be improved. The strip from version 1.0 was a lot bigger and lasted until the upgrade.
Our first cartridge lasted for 20 washes, which is way more than version 1.0.! However, the bypass didn´t activate, so we changed the setting and now we have to wait.
I love the bypass option because most of our loads are natural fibres and now the cartridges last a lot longer which makes it a lot cheaper!

I am using this filter at home. We are having around 6 washing cycles a week (9kg load) and it just works perfectly!

Easy to install, easy tu use and easy to replace the cartridge.

Washing machine filters should be standard on any washing machine, in my opinion, but were impossible to source, so I was very happy to get my hands on this filter. Extremely simple and easy to set-up and strongly built.
I recommend mounting it to the wall with screws as the adhesive strip started to peel off the side of the washing machine, under the weight of the water-filled filter.

I installed the filter just a few days ago, installation seemed straightforward. It didn't seem to interfere with my washing machine. Maybe more precise instructions (on the web or in the box) could have helped an unskilled installer such as myself a bit more! I am interested to see when I will need to change the cartridge. but I am very happy I bought this filter and I am recommending it to my friends and family.

I love that this product is a pretty color (like the sea) & that the cartridges are not just recyclable but that your U.S. partner will take care of that for me. But your installation instruction video left 2 very key aspects out: connecting the hose to the unit,and attaching the unit to the bracket using the small holder piece. Fortunatey, those were covered in the written instructions when I scrolled down. But it still feels like the video was a bit misleading in how super easy it makes installation look.

Brilliant concept, should be mandatory on every washing machine. I had Version 1 and sometimes when the filter was at the end of life the washing machine could not pump out the water as the resistance of the filter was too much, but now is everything corrected with Version 2, where there is an automatic filter disengagement and a manual regulator to fine tune it according to washing machine. Keep on with the good work!

I am very happy with the Version 2, as a long year user of the first version, I can tell, all the disadvantages of the first version are solved! Be part of the movement against plastic!

We really appreciate the thoughtfulness and the rigorous research that went into this product. It operates as expected, and it has an appealing look in the laundry closet. Our only concern was wanting to have it mounted closer to the washing machine. We had to mount it further away, because our laundry closet was made with a tight space around the machine. Despite that, this PlanetCare product operates as expected -- which means it takes water from the machine's drainage hose, and filters said water, and then expels said water to the designated exit point of our home. Water simply flows through hoses and through filtration unit as designed by the engineers. Thank you!!

I have previously used a filter from Filtrol which was large and hard to accomodate in my small laundry.
I started by using the self adhesive strip supplied with the unit to mount it on the machine. It didn't inspire confidence but it was convenient. Sure enough, 2 weeks latter the force developed during discharge blasted the unit off the side of the washer and it hit the tile floor and started leaking. I contacted customer service and the immediately sent out the replacement of the piece that was damaged N/C.
I have mounted the unit on the adjacent wall with screws. I am still over all chilled with the compact nature of this unit not to mention the customer service! I was contemplating putting the Filtrol unit in an adjacent cabinet but it would have been awkward at best with the 1" tubing leading in and out. A GREAT FIND.

The concept and product are brilliant and unbelievably easy to install. I feel I'm contributing to a sustainable environment with very little effort. I've had our filter since June 2024, and it has performed very well, though I'm still trying to figure out how to adjust the sensitivity so that the bypass indicator pops up when it's time to change the filter. We had gone 2 months, performing 8 small washes a week, and it still hadn't popped up. We changed the filter anyway after that much time.
I would highly recommend this product to everyone for its simplicity and what it accomplishes.

I'm using Planetcare filters and I am so happy and satisfied. No plastics in the sea from my laundry and the filter is easy to use. I suggest to use a stronger tape to stick the filter because it becomes heavy when in use.

Knowing just how much microplastic that our washing machines pump into our environment, I’ve been looking for years, for a product that would filter the wash-water, so its excellent that someone has finally made one. Its an extremely simple and easy to setup, filter system that’s pretty much plug and play. I feel a hell of a lot better about using my washing machine now.

Such a clever bit of kit. A little bit of a fiddle to set up, but with 2.0’s automatic bypass when it fills, there’s no longer a need to track washes and proactively change the filter to stop the washing machine giving errors. I can’t avoid buying synthetic clothes, but I can avoid the fibres getting into the oceans.

Der Filter funktioniert tadellos, und man kann die Filterstufe einstellen. Laut Beschreibung soll es mit dem Gegendruck zu tun haben und der Waschmaschine. Bei meiner Miele habe ich keine Probleme.
Habe auch eine Hebeanlage, wo sich im Schlamm aus Waschmittel und Fasern alles mögliche absetzt und übel riecht. Der Filter hilft auch viele Baumwollfasern aufzufangen die so gar nicht in die Hebeanlage kommen.
Filter tauschen ist auch ganz leicht, und dann zum Trocknen im Waschbecken liegen lassen für die Rücksendung.
Eine gute Idee, und wenn ich einen kleinen Beitrag leisten kann um das Abwasser ein bisschen sauberer zu machen, dann nichts leichter als so!

I've purchased my first filter in 2022 and this year I've bought the new filter for me and my parents because it's simply amazing how it works, it's crazy how much plastic it collects and the new version 2.0 is even easier to use. I highly recommend this product because the cost for the big service that they give is priceless.

You are doing your utmost to make it easy for us to install and replace the plastic filters on washing machines. Don’t know how you do it for the upfront cost! Power to all our elbows!!

It is able to filter out things from my laundry that I don’t want going into the water. We use the subscription service which is really handy. Looking forward to the next model but so far we have found the current one really helpful. Customer service is also very good.

I love the fact that the filter stops any micro plastics that are produced by my washing!! With the subscription service I don’t have to worry about running out of filters. The service and support are superb!!
