The filter is easy enough to fit despite my washing machine’s location. Early days yet but I’ve done a couple of loads in both bypass and filter modes. All seams fine with no leaks. It will be a few weeks until a filter change that I’ll be able to see the results.

We aren’t very handy so we were a bit nervous to fiddle with the water hoses but it was actually super easy! So far it works great: no leaks, and excited that we are reducing our plastic footprint on the world

It took some figuring out to find the right place for it. Had to pull washer forward and push dryer back to put on side. Makes me feel good knowing i am keeping fibers out of our mountain water supply.

No hassle ordering, and came promptly.

I sent in a question via the website and heard back within a day with a direct answer to my question, from a real human. My follow-up questions were answered very quickly and the staff communicated about delivery updates and updated my delivery address for me.

The filter truly was as easy to install as was advertised. I'm thrilled with the product, I was specifically looking for something that was just a mechanical filter without an app and data tracking and that is what i got.

Installing was easy peasy. Everyone should have one. It shouldn't be a choice for consumers. The filter would be really easy to install into all washing machines coming out of the factory. But until that time: I'm happy filtering out microplastics.

The outer case is a larger diameter and hard to grip the bottom casing with your hands while gripping the top. This should work quite well to open them from one another. The sealing ring gasket keeps these two parts from leaking but get very snug even hand tightened which is all you should ever have to tighten after filter replacement. Handy tool!
