At PlanetCare, we pour our hearts and souls into developing microfiber filters that are efficient and can be fitted to any washing machine by anyone. People from all around the world love them and we're sure you will too! If, for some reason, you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know at email@example.com and our team will do whatever we can to resolve the situation.
30-Day Return Period
If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund of the product purchase price by way of the original payment method. The product must be unused and in original condition. Delivery costs cannot be refunded.
Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. We strongly recommend you get proof of postage.
Returns of USED Cartridges
For returning used filter cartridges shipping is FREE. When you've used your cartridges, simply request a pick up and we'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Cartridges should be returned in their original packaging.
How do I make sure PlanetCare filter is going to work for me?
The best way to handle returns is to prevent them in the first place. If you worry whether our filter is going to fit in the space around your washing machine, whether is it compatible with your washer and about many other completely relevant things, please reach out to us and we'll be more than glad to help. You can even send us a photo of your washing machine set up and we'll give you an honest feedback on how to proceed!
