How often do I change the cartridge?
About every 30 washes, depending on what you wash. When the cartridge is full, the automatic bypass kicks in so your wash can finish, and you change it afterwards.
How does the return system (Closed Loop) work? Does it cost extra? Does it work everywhere?
Our Closed Loop system is completely free - postage is prepaid and works from all locations.
How it works:
1. Send used cartridges back in the provided packaging.
2. We clean and refurbish reusable parts.
3. Captured microfibers are recycled into insulation, concrete reinforcement, or furniture.
4. Nothing goes to landfills or incinerators!

What happens to the cartridges I send back?
We clean and refurbish the reusable parts and recycle the fibres they caught. Nothing goes to landfill or incinerators.
Can I get cartridges automatically?
Yes. With Auto-Refill, fresh cartridges arrive when you send back the full ones, from €7.50 a month. Available worldwide, with free shipping both ways.
How can I make a cartridge last longer?
Use the manual bypass when you wash cotton, wool or other natural fibres. They don't shed plastic, so there's nothing for the filter to catch.
