I am new user of this filter, but already from the first moment when I opened the box I was truly amazed. The filter looks beautiful, it’s very easy to setup and also easy to use. I did already few wash cycles and so far I am satisfied with this purchase.

Talking about customer service, I have only good things to say. I like how fast they responded for my emails and how nice and warm the emails felt.

I used the version 1.0 for a year before switching to the 2.0 version.
I really love the new design, and attention to details.
It is easier to install
It has a better adhesive support that allow you to remove the filter without having to excursive force on the support when you need to open the filter to replace the cartridge.

Also I love the new bypass system that can be se to different sensitivities according to the pressure power of your washing machine (note to engineers: would be nice to have a guide to explain how to set the tolerance of the bypass)
The bypass is also an alert system to let you know when it's time to replace the cartridge.

Coming from the domestic microplastic filtration system, we are now using the commercial version on board. It works a charm, none of the collecting cartridges and sending them across the world anymore. Really handy to use on a vessel that goes around the globe. Great job!

I received my order well in time and with all necessary content. On my opinion it is to early to already give a real review on filtering (20 days after delivery) but it seems to be working. Installation was very easy and everything needed was in the package. I just would recommend to add two hose clamps for the connection of the hose of the washing machine to the filter IN hose. So ecerything very good so far! :-)

So happy to be able to filter microplastics out of my laundry

Knowing it captures 98% of microplastics from my laundry water gives me peace of mind that I’m protecting our oceans. Installation was so easy, and the adjustable filtration feature is a great bonus. It’s such a simple way to make a big impact!

Works as promised

Installing the filter was simple. Balancing my stacked washer dryer was hard. The filter has been working great!

I think reducing plastic in our waterways and oceans is very important. Having used the system for over a year now I’ve had no problems with it (provided I remember to change the filter, which only happened once 🙂).

Good cause and well made product.

Love the easy filter changing. The housing unit plate that sticks to the washer side likes to drop off when the load is off balance. Ended up mount to the wall.

with us also the adhesive strip came off immediately. We screwed it to the wall but that´s not an option for everyone, so I think the mounting kit needs to be improved. The strip from version 1.0 was a lot bigger and lasted until the upgrade.
Our first cartridge lasted for 20 washes, which is way more than version 1.0.! However, the bypass didn´t activate, so we changed the setting and now we have to wait.
I love the bypass option because most of our loads are natural fibres and now the cartridges last a lot longer which makes it a lot cheaper!
