Shipping Information

PlanetCare ships filters and replacement cartridges worldwide. ✈️ 

At the moment, the subscription service is available in the EU, the US and Canada only. If you live in other countries, you can still purchase our filter housing with cartridges, and then manually re-order new cartridges when you need them. 

We work with trusted courier partners to complete deliveries, while at the same time we try to reduce the number of shipments to minimize carbon footprint. That's why we always ship cartridges in bulk, as well as organize pick up of used cartridges once all of them are used, instead of one by one. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary from country to country and depend also on the weight of your order. Exact costs are calculated during the checkout process. 

For returning used cartridges shipping is FREE. When you've used your cartridges, simply request a pick up and we'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Cartridges should be returned in their original packaging. 

Processing Time 

We ship order twice a week. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday will be shipped on Tuesday, and orders placed between Tuesday and Friday morning will be shipped on Friday.

Tracking My Order

The tracking number for your package will be sent to you directly to your email as soon as the order is processed and dispatched.

Duties & Taxes 

If delivering to an address within the EU mainland you shouldn’t be charged customs or import charges, but each territory works differently.

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

PlanetCare has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
