Terms & Conditions

The organizer of the giveaway is PlanetCare Ltd, Stegne 21, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: PlanetCare).

The time of the giveaway

The giveaway will run from Wednesday 18 January 2023 to Sunday 22 January 2023, midnight via PlanetCare's Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/planetcare.solutions/). The winner of the giveaway prize will be announced on January 23, 2023.

 

Conditions for participation in the giveaway

You can take part in the giveaway by following the accounts @planetcare.solutions and @planetcare.solutions_de on Instagram, like the related post as well as tagging two people in the comments of the post. The prize will be shipped worldwide. By participating, each individual actively agrees to these sweepstakes rules.  

It is possible to increase your chance of winning by fulfilling the conditions of participation on both the @planetcare.solutions and @planetcare.solutions_en accounts. One prize will be drawn from among all participants. 

Prize

A mini starter kit. The value of the kit is 59,50€ plus country depending shipping costs.

Winners of the prize

All participants who fulfill the terms and conditions of the sweepstakes will be entered into a drawing for the prize. Among all participants, PlanetCare will draw a winner on January 23, 2023. The winner will be notified via direct message and in the comments on Instagram.

The giveaway is not affiliated with Meta in any way.

By agreeing to the rules of the sweepstakes, participants agree and declare that:

PlanetCare may publish their name on their Instagram and Facebook pages if they are the recipients of the prize;

In order to receive the prize, the winner must provide the following personal information upon written request of the Promoter: First and last name, age information (over or under 18), exact address of permanent residence, place of residence, tax number and tax office. The winner must also provide a contact telephone number and email address.

If the winner does not provide the requested information within seven days from the date of the invitation, he/she will lose the right to the prize without any compensation. In this case, the organizer is released from all obligations to the winner;

Persons who have not yet reached the age of 18 must provide the Organizer with written consent from their legal guardians no later than simultaneously with the submission of the information referred to in the third indent of this chapter in order to receive the prize;

PlanetCare processes and stores participants' personal data in accordance with PlanetCare's privacy policy, which is available on PlanetCare's website.
