Giveaway T&C

Organizer of the giveaway is PlanetCare Ltd, Stegne 21, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: PlanetCare).

The giveaway will run from Tuesday 26th January 2021 to Saturday 30th January 2021 on Beach Guardian Facebook and Instagram profiles. The giveaway is not sponsored by Facebook or Instagram and is not in any way affiliated with Facebook or Instagram as companies. All information provided by the user in the prize game is collected and used according to these rules by the organizer of the prize game.

Prize winner will be announced on 31st January 2021.

Everyone who follows Instagram and Facebook profiles @beachguardian and @planetcare.solutions, tags two friends in a comment below the giveaway post, and likes the giveaway post can participate in the giveaway. The participant can also inform their friends about the prize draw by sharing and inviting them to participate. Each individual can participate in the prize competition only once. By participating, each contestant actively agrees to these giveaway rules. The organizer of the giveaway reserves the right to exclude inappropriate or offensive content. Such content will not be published and participation in the giveaway will be disabled.

One PlanetCare filter starter pack with seven cartridges will be given away as a prize. The value of the starter pack with seven cartridges is 94,50 EUR.

All participants who satisfy the conditions of participation in the giveaway will participate in the draw for the prize.

Of all the answers, we will draw one winner on 31st January 2021. The winner will be notified via a private message on Instagram or Facebook.

By agreeing to the rules of the giveaway, participants agree and declare that:

• PlanetCare and Beach Guardian may make their name publicly available on their Instagram and Facebook pages in the event that they are the recipients of the prize;
• The prize may be subject to taxation such as VAT or income tax in accordance with locally applicable tax law. The winner may be liable for payment of the benefits applicable to the prizes.
• In order to receive the prize, the winner must submit the following personal information upon written request from the organizer: first and last name, indication of age (above or below 18 years), exact address of permanent residence, place of residence, tax number and tax office. For the purpose of informing the winner of the prize, the prize winner shall also provide a contact telephone number and email address;
• If the winner does not provide the required information within seven days after the date of the invitation, he / she loses the right to the prize without any compensation. In such cases, the organizer is free from all obligations to the winner;
• Persons under the age of 18 must submit the written consent of the parent or legal guardian to the organizer in order to receive the prize at the same time as submitting the information referred to in the third indent of this chapter, at the latest;
• PlanetCare will process and store participants' personal information in accordance with PlanetCare's privacy policies, which are available on the PlanetCare website;
• PlanetCare reserves the right to change the rules of the giveaway and the right not to award the prize.
