Little space? No problem!

Washing machines are one of those
appliances that we usually try to squeeze in the tightest space possible.

Don't worry, no matter how tight your space is, there's always a way to install the PlanetCare filter.

#1: When your drain is under the sink

If your drain is a bit further away from the washer, you can connect your PlanetCare filter closer to the drain.

  • Use the double sided tape on the back of the holder to stick the holder and the housing top to the side of your washer. For wooden surfaces we recommend using the supplied screws to attach the housing.
  • Attach the tube leading water from the washing machine to the "IN" attachment and use the supplied tube to connect the "OUT" side to the drain.

#2: When you have a built-in washing machine

If your washer is surrounded by a cupboard, then you can drill a hole through it to install your PlanetCare filter on the other side.

  • Find some free space on the other side of the cupboard.
  • Drill the hole.
  • Attach the tube leading water from the washing machine to the "IN" attachment and use the supplied tube to connect the "OUT" side to the drain.
  • Use the double sided tape on the back of the holder (or supplied screws) to stick the holder and the housing top to the side of your cupboard.

... and one more similar situation.

#3: When you have space on the side

In this case, you're lucky! This is the easiest way to install the PlanetCare microfiber filter.

  • Find a flat surface on your washer and clean it with the alcohol.
  • Use the double sided tape on the back of the holder to stick the holder and the housing top to the side of your washer.
  • Attach the tube leading water from the washing machine to the "IN" attachment and use the supplied tube to connect the "OUT" side to the drain.

#4: When you have space on the wall (or want to proudly display the filter)

If you have enough space, you can always attach the PlanetCare filter on the wall next to your washer.

  • Use the supplied screws to stick the holder and the housing top to the wall.
  • Attach the tube leading water from the washing machine to the "IN" attachment and use the supplied tube to connect the "OUT" side to the drain.
