You know the David vs. Goliath story, right?

Well, our David is Mojca, the founder of PlanetCare, a small start-up fighting microfiber pollution caused by doing our laundry. 🧺 ⚠️

And then there are some Goliaths around 😳, with massive advertising budgets, overpromising effectiveness results and no users. Go figure...😁

Since 2017 PlanetCare has developed its first integrated microfiber filter for washing machines, its first external, add-on filter, and its first commercial filter (for big-time users).

And because we actually do care about the environment, we also care about what happens to the fibers caught so they are not re-released back into nature. 💚

With the community of over 7.000 active users of our external filter, gathering their user experience and feed-back we were already able to engineer significant improvements and we continue to perfect the product. 🤩 

Now... as the story of David and Goliath goes, we could use some superpowers. 🦸‍♂️

We are not the Goliath with big budgets, but the David, with witt, brain and good heart 💚😄, remember?

* Test performed on an Electrolux Perfectcare 600 9kg washing machine using the Synthetics program with a 2-2.5 kg load of polyester blankets, comparing the amount of microfiber released with and without the PlanetCare 2.0 filter installed. Results are based on filtering the drain water through a 50 μm filter. Results will vary depending on wash load and conditions used.
